📋 Terms of Service

Welcome to JoroTech Node Digital. We are a premium digital subscription resale platform based in Nigeria. These Terms govern your use of our Platform, including our website, mobile application, and WhatsApp services.

By registering an account, placing an order, or otherwise accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

To use JoroTech, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain only one account per person
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

JoroTech resells premium digital subscriptions including, but not limited to: ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, Gemini Advanced, Netflix Premium, Spotify Premium, Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, YouTube Premium, and more.

All products are subject to availability and pricing may change without notice. Product listings are for informational purposes. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Delivery timelines are estimates. We aim to deliver within 5–30 minutes but cannot guarantee specific times for all orders.

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (all Nigerian banks)
• Opay
• Palmpay

Payment details are sent via WhatsApp after your order is confirmed. Payment must be completed within 30 minutes of receiving details, or the order may be cancelled.

All payments are final upon confirmation. Receipts can be provided on request via WhatsApp or email.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we stand behind our products:

• If a subscription is non-functional upon delivery, contact us immediately
• We will attempt to resolve any technical issues within 72 hours
• If the issue remains unresolved after 72 hours, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund
• Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Refunds are not issued for buyer's remorse or change of mind

JT Coins are our virtual reward currency. Important terms regarding JT Coins:

• JT Coins have no monetary cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
• Coins may be earned through referrals, posting products, writing reviews, and daily logins
• Coins can be spent on platform benefits such as featured listings and premium badges
• All JT Coins are forfeited upon account termination for violations
• JoroTech reserves the right to modify the JT Coins programme at any time

Our referral programme allows you to earn JT Coins when friends sign up using your unique referral code. Programme rules:

• Earn 50 JT Coins when a friend signs up with your code
• Your referred friend receives 25 welcome coins
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse referrals is a violation and may result in permanent bans
• JoroTech reserves the right to reverse fraudulent referral coins

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JoroTech:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse our referral programme
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent product listings
• Harassing other users or JoroTech staff
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy our platform
• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempting to circumvent any security measures

You may delete your account at any time via the Edit Profile section of the app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be anonymised within 30 days (order history retained for tax compliance).

JoroTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice for violations of these Terms. Consequences of termination include:

• Immediate loss of access to all platform features
• Forfeiture of all JT Coins
• Removal of all listings
• Potential ban from re-registering

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts in Nigeria.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
