Most orders are delivered within minutes to a few hours. You'll get your credentials or invite by email/WhatsApp and can always track order status from your dashboard.
1. How delivery works
Once payment is confirmed, we provision your subscription — either by sending login credentials, adding you to a shared plan, or sending an invite link — to the email or WhatsApp number on your order.
2. Delivery timeframes
- Instant plans — delivered automatically within minutes.
- Standard plans — delivered within 1–6 hours during business hours.
- High-demand periods — may take up to 24 hours; we'll notify you if there's a delay.
3. Tracking your order
Sign in and open your Dashboard → Orders tab to see the live status of every order: Pending, Processing, or Delivered.
4. If delivery is delayed or fails
Contact support with your order ID. If we can't deliver your subscription, you're entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.
